Who can be a Hopper?

Anyone with the app. Every yayhop member is a Hopper, so the same account can order, earn, or both. Your trip can be a quick run to a mall in the next city, a trip to Manila, or a flight abroad.

How earning works, step by step

1. Post your trip

   Add the details buyers need to know:

   • A title, your travel date, the store or destination, and your return location.
   • How you'll deliver: personally, by air or sea cargo, or flexible.
   • Your buying window: the same day, or a range of dates.
   • Your limits: items per buyer, maximum weight per item, and the categories you'll accept.

2. Choose how buyers can order

   Turn on a catalog of items you're already planning to buy, accept custom requests for things that aren't listed, or both.

3. Send quotes

   For each request, set your handling fee, add a delivery fee if needed, and add any extra charge (like packaging or a rush fee). Agree on the final price in the chat.

4. Shop once the buyer has paid

   When the buyer approves, their payment is held in yayhop's eWallet. You can see it's secured before you spend your own money on their items.

5. Deliver with photo proof

   Hand the items over or ship them, then add a photo as proof of delivery in the app.

6. Get paid

   Once the buyer confirms, the payment is released to your wallet. If they don't confirm within 8 days of delivery and no problem has been reported, the order completes automatically. Cash out to your bank or e-wallet anytime.

What you earn

You set your own handling fee for each order. That's your earnings for the effort. The delivery fee and any extra charges cover your costs of getting the items to the buyer.

yayhop keeps a small platform fee, taken as a percentage of your handling fee. Hoppers on yayhop Premium pay a lower rate.

Tips for a great trip

• Be specific. A clear title, store, and dates help the right buyers find you.
• Set realistic limits. Only accept what fits in your luggage and your schedule.
• Add photos to your catalog so buyers know exactly what they're getting.
• Reply quickly to requests and messages. Buyers rate you after every order.
• Check the rules for what you can carry on your airline and through customs.

Before you start
